whatsapp communication spacious room
the whatsapp communication with the staff was very useful , especially from different parts of the island. the rooms had plenty of space for luggage and relaxation.
the air conditioning was not very powerful in my room , it struggled to keep the temperature consistently cool.

clean rooms responsive staff scruff marks long wait
The hotel rooms were super clean, really! The beds were also great! The staff provided us with rides when necessary and quickly responded to our needs! The location is awesome with amazing views!
The bathroom could have been cleaner honestly. There were scruff marks on the bedroom walls so it needed repainting. The sun loungers needed to be updated too! The food was delicious, but the wait time was too long.

dusty tables poor upkeep
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach all day. The gym has good equipment. The pool is large and beautiful.
The room did not look like the pictures. It seemed under maintained and wasn't very clean. I noticed hand marks on the glass door, dust on the tables, and hair in the bathroom, considering the price I paid. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and better upkeep. It was quite disappointing to see these issues.

beautiful view friendly staff
the room was spacious and beautiful. it had a fine view! the staff was friendly. They were easy to reach throughout the day.
